Best Vented Gaiter
I've tried several other models off Amazon, including some gaiters I macro-made holes in haha most are cheap crap and the holes never last because they're not reinforced. These ARE! There was a model from Coolibar a few years ago that had a small wired nose bridge, but the holes were so plentiful I became Hannibal lector after a month or so of steady wear. This Dakine face mask I found in the clearance bin at Adventure Sports Miami for under $10. It lasted... until it didn't - because eventually i eat sh^t and things that don't float go find Davy Jones locker. So I'm planning to order another one ASAP. To the other reviewer, yes of course when it's soaked it's unbreathable, but if you're kiting right you get splashed, and you adjust accordingly. For an hour or two of mid-day riding this is comfortable, functional and stylish!
Poor fit, dissatisfied
Did not fit well, loose and saggy around nose. Very hard to breath through when wet. Gave up after a few try’s.
Baklava
I dig the pattern and as with almost everything dakine makes the quality is on point! Worked 2 days in a row in 110 degree heat and wore it the second day and stayed a lot cooler not to mention no sunburn and no sunscreen.
